Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We ship e-bikes using freight carriers such as XPO Logistics and smaller items through standard ground shipping.
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days anywhere in the United States.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Freight deliveries are curbside, and someone 18 or older must be present to accept delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, contact us within 48 hours.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to process orders, provide support, and improve our website. Payment information is handled securely by third-party providers.
East Emoto does not sell or rent personal information.
Terms of Service
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to use our products at your own risk. East Emoto is not responsible for injuries, misuse, or failure to follow local e-bike laws.
We reserve the right to cancel orders, limit quantities, and update policies at any time.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Pre-order and backorder ship dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment.
Fraud Prevention
We may delay or cancel orders that cannot be verified to protect against fraud.
