Shipping Carrier

All e-bikes are shipped through XPO Logistics, a trusted national freight carrier experienced in handling large, high-value items.

Shipping Area

We currently ship everywhere in the United States (continental U.S.).
If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. territory, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery Time Guarantee

We guarantee delivery within 2 weeks (14 days) from the date your order is shipped.

Most orders arrive sooner, but in rare cases such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays, delivery times may vary. If your order is not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe, please contact us so we can make it right.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Method

E-bikes are shipped via freight delivery.
XPO will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Someone 18 years or older must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

Delivery is curbside unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email or text with your XPO tracking number and instructions for tracking and delivery scheduling.

Inspecting Your Shipment

Please inspect your e-bike and packaging immediately upon delivery.

If you notice any damage:
• Note it on the delivery receipt before signing
• Take photos
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Additional shipping or rerouting fees caused by incorrect addresses or missed delivery appointments may be charged to the customer.
